a) Website hosting & server logs
When you visit new30.us, our hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich automatically collects technical data in server log files:
- IP address (anonymised)
- Date and time of access
- Pages visited
- Browser type and operating system
- Referrer URL
Purpose: Ensuring website security and stability. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: Server logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Data location: Germany.
b) Google Analytics 4
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website — which pages are popular, how people find us, and where we can improve.
Google Analytics may collect:
- Anonymised IP address
- Pages visited and time spent
- Device type, browser, and screen resolution
- Approximate geographic location (city level)
- Referral source
Purpose: Understanding website usage to improve our content and user experience. Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data processor: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may transfer data to the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. c) Newsletter (MailerLite)
When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect:
- Your email address
- Date and time of signup
- Consent confirmation (double opt-in)
We may also collect data on whether you open our emails and which links you click, to help us send you content that's actually relevant.
Purpose: Sending you our newsletter with articles, updates, and occasional recommendations. Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data processor: MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite"), J. Basanavičiaus 15, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania. MailerLite processes data within the EU/EEA. Retention: Until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
d) Contact forms
If you reach out to us via a contact form on the website, we collect the information you provide (typically name and email address) to respond to your enquiry.
Purpose: Responding to your message. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: We delete your enquiry data once the conversation is resolved, unless we are legally required to retain it.
e) Embedded content (YouTube, Instagram)
Our website may embed content from third-party platforms such as YouTube (Google) and Instagram (Meta). These embeds are only loaded after you give your consent via our cookie banner. Once loaded, these platforms may set their own cookies and collect data according to their own privacy policies.

All other data processors (MailerLite, ALL-INKL.COM) process data within the EU.
